Right now, we are hard at work on the latest disruptive technology research kindly sponsored by Beacon, Kyos, and Invensoft. To that end, we are engaged in research around use cases for technologies like AI, ML, Process automation, blockchain, virtual and augmented reality, and so on. If you are aware of any, please do let us know especially if you are a user or vendor of such technology. When we last researched this area (see the report here, kindly sponsored by FIS), we believed that automation, AI, and ML were poised for more deployment and so far, that seems to have been the case. We also felt that blockchain was largely overhyped and still some ways away in terms of commercial deployment.
