DycoTrade Customer Connect Meeting

A couple of weeks back, I went to Amsterdam to attend DycoTrade’s user event – Customer Connect. I was on the agenda talking about the impact of the various commodity trends on CTRM software and overviewing our recent AI in Energy & Commodities study. The event took place over two days at lovely locations in Amsterdam (day one) and by the airport (day two) and included a canal boat cruise and dinner social event, museum tours and other events. The event was well attended by DycoTrade customers and partners. Being a Microsoft shop, DycoTrade is part of a rich group of Microsoft partners as well as being one of several entities in a group called the Novature Group—a global network of advanced Microsoft partners “united by a shared mission: to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.” The first day then had quite a packed agenda with presentations by Microsoft, Customers, DycoTrade, Erasmus Commodity & Trade Center and more. The second day focused in more on DycoTrade and its roadmap. I enjoyed listening particularly to presentations around AI and particularly regarding Microsofts AI tool – Copilot.
