Enuit is busy readying Entrade 7 and, as we wrote in a previous article, it is investing its future in a new technology platform while preserving the depth of functionality it has in the solution. This last week, I spoke with Seenu Kaliamurthy, Enuit’s Managing Director of Power Solutions, about its efforts in the power and environmental commodity side of the business. Enuit is looking at power markets and sees a lot of large players that have major deficiencies in their ETRM solutions, he told me. These companies are looking for solutions but many have not yet pulled the trigger on any deal. Seenu sees the market as active, but he also has his eye on the environmental market where he sees a lot of changes, challenges, and buyers looking to fill a gap in their systems. “It’s a very active market and goes beyond traditional energy players.
