Trayport Contigo has changed its name back to simply ‘Contigo’ according to an anouncement released today, going full circle to capture the brand strength of its original name that apparently means ‘with you‘ and echoes the partnering philosophy held by the company. In addition, Contigo has moved to larger and more prestigious offices in the center of Solihull, UK, as it plans to double its staff numbers over the next 5-years from its current 40 people. It also formally announced some management changes in that Adrian Bullock is now the company’s managing director, Tim Rogers is head of sales and marketing, Jon Yeomans head of client services, Karen Sanders head of professional services and Katie Steele is the financial controller. Contigo also provided some details about its growing client base listing Ecotricity, Energy Team, Extra Energy, Centrica, First Utility, Bord Gais and NGF Nature Energy as examples and noting that it had closed 12 significant new license deals in the last 18-months including, notably, customers in mainland Europe (Switzerland, DenMark and Germany).
