Every two years, ComTech issues its’ highly anticipated Vendor Perception Study report. We have been putting this out for over a decade and a half now providing a really valuable set of data on trends in the highly competitive E/CTRM software space. These days of course, there are a bunch of industry ‘awards’ given out by publications but the Vendor Perception Study remains the most exhaustive review of buyer and influencer opinion around and it is not an ‘award’ but rather analysis of sentiment in the market. There will be no black tie dinner at a posh London hotel nor trophies awarded to anyone. Instead, the free report will be consumed over the next two years by prospective buyers and influencers of CTRM software. It will help drive decisions. However, we will be closing the survey part of the study this coming Monday with a view to issue of the report by end of October.
