Anyone in the European energy and utility industry seems to make an annual migration to Essen each February. Actually, no offense to Essen, but it is just about the most boring place on the planet and E-World may well be the only reason to ever visit it. This year, Patrick and I will join the thousands and make our way there to pad through the endless halls of booths and giveaways! Of course, it also happens to be just about the best opportunity of the year to learn what is going on in the industry and network with clients, friends, and colleagues as well.
